Our turning techniques have proven to be a critical asset to all of our customers. It's these techniques that keep us competitive and ensure tight tolerances are met consistently. We have over 40 years of turning experience which we have applied to our turning processes since before the CNC milling era. Turning itself is a simple concept, but if a part is held incorrectly, or a feature is finish turned too early, it could mean disaster for the finished part. We have eliminated these common issues in our shop through trial and error, leading us to the best possible way to manufacture our turned parts. Our turning expertise has earned us a positive reputation with our customers, who continue to utilize our turning services.

Fixturing is also an important part of the turning department. We make many fixtures to aid us in holding critical work that can not be held too tight, or even centered. By incorporating our milling and turning expertise into our work, alongside our knowledge of metal properties, we have been able to minimize the amount of handwork required to complete parts. This has allowed us to deliver much larger quantities of product to keep up with demands.
